Terms & Conditions:

All items are subject to availability.  JustLyds Elegance reserves the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value whenever necessary.  Items may not look exactly as shown.

Shipping & Handling:

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from when the order is received.   Special orders may require additional handling time, which will be determined and quoted at the time the order is placed.

A shipping & handling charge of $8.00 per item is applied to all orders delivered within Ontario.  All items are shipped Xpresspost via Canada Post, which usually takes 1-2 business days.  For items being delivered outside of Ontario, please contact us directly to obtain your estimated time of delivery, and your shipping & handling charges. 

JustLyds Elegance is not responsible for any possible damage that may be caused during delivery.  However, Canada Post may include insurance up to $100 with their Xpresspost service (visit the Canada Post Website for more details).  JustLyds Elegance can provide you with a tracking number upon request. 

To ensure that your order arrives safely, a signature will be requested upon delivery. 

Taxes:

Unless otherwise specified, all items are subject to 8% PST and 6% GST.  Taxes are calculated on the total selling price, which is the total cost of the item after delivery charges have been added to the listing price.
